Magnetic Stripe Card

Our magnetic card is produced in a very good environment. ISO9000 and MasterCard management concept has embodied everywhere in the production. We have adopted KURZ full automatic eight-track magnetism mounting machine from Germany. The annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards. Coercivity is the property of a magnetic stripe that indicates its resistance to demagnetization. It is measured in Oersteds (OE). The coercivity of a regular credit card is about 300 OE, and considered as low coercivity(LoCo). High coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripe, however, usually has coercivity values ranging from 2500 to 4000 Oe. High-coercivity cards are currently used in applications which need performance such as in critical test equipment. HiCo is superior to LoCo in decreasing the chances of accidental data lost. However, due to the cost of encoding, LoCo technology is still very popular. Standard magnetic stripe readers can read both HiCo and LoCo stripes. Our Magnetic card(300 OE) and Hico magnetic cards(2750 OE) detail as following: CR-80 Size (85.47~85.72mm x 53.20~54.03mm) Thickness - Variable 0.25mm to 0.81mm, (Standard) - Specify 0.76mm Color: White (Blank), Available with offset printing and silk-screen printability with logo or numbering on. Minimum Order - 500 Cards (White Blank Magnetic Stripe PVC card). No minimum order size for pre-printed Magnetic stripe cards! Typical application: certificate of physical examination, body-building VIP card, club card, supermarket VIP card, social insurance card, MasterCard, digital campus card and so on.
